Mildred was very helpful and patient with me as we worked to clean the oils off my skin so that she could get my EKG done. I do think the office needs to tell patients ahead of time when scheduling a visit to avoid the use of skin products before an appointment

I love that Dr. Swurap told me that she wanted to hear everything that was on my typed list of concerns.I didn't feel embarrassed to have a list of items to discuss. She listened to each one and pointed out those that were easy to explain and those that concerned her for which she ordered further testing. For someone with anxiety this is a MAJOR plus!!

I checked in the ER around 11am. there were no rooms available, which I understood will that's going on with the COVID. No one ever offered me anything to eat. I finally asked about 1am 14 hours later. The nurse was kind enough to get me a sandwich and juice.
