Dr. Jessica E. Willis is a family physician who works with Saint Francis Medical Partners. Originally from Newbern, Tennessee, she now treats patients in Tipton County and the surrounding area at the location in Munford, Tennessee.  She is Board Certified with the American Board of Family Practice and has been practicing medicine in Tennessee since 2016.  She is a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians, Tennessee Academy of Family Physicians, Tennessee Osteopathic Medical Association, Mississippi Osteopathic Medical Association, American Osteopathic Association, American Medical Association and Tennessee Medical Association.

When she is not treating patients, Dr. Willis enjoys watching television dramas, attending concerts and Tennessee sporting events, along with spending time with her high school sweetheart, nephews and rescue lab-mix.

I have had some few doctors in my past, but Dr. Jessica Willis is by far the best I ever had. She's very good at keeping track of my follow up apps and she's very pleasant to talk to.

Even though I had to wait in car, due to Covid 19 safety, my wait time was very exceptional. I have no complaints.

the only problem seems to be scheduling visits within the limits of my insurance. I had to return on Saturday because my appointment was 2 days earlier than my insurance would pay for labs to be done.

Dr Willis is the best doctor I have ever been to. I have recommended her to all of my family and friends. she is the only doctor who actually listens and truly cares for my wellbeing.

Provider was rude I went because I was still feeling unwell since the last time I was seeing which was 3 months . I told provider that I was still breastfeeding my child so I needed medications that were going to be okay with breastfeeding. provider told me there was nothing that I can do and that I needed to stop breastfeeding my child she is 8 months old and she could survive off of table food. I inform provider that I was not comfortable with that and she said and I quote the baby will be fine.She had an attitude while she was talking to me and she also proceeded to tell me that I had gained 20 lb in the last 2 years and that is one of the reasons why I was feeling . I told her that I had had two children in the last 2 years and was breastfeeding and it was the reason for weight gain but that had nothing to do with me feeling . Provider was not helpful in trying to figure out why I feel the way that I feel she seemed more irritated with me being there as I was 2 months early for my follow-up appointment she scheduled. Due to providers unprofessionalism lack of empathy an attitude I will no longer be a patient at May Medical Group I have been a patient for The Last 5 Years and the way that providers spoke to me was totally uncalled for.

no smiles and talk to me like they want to even tho I respect them.no pity on black ppls at all especially Dr Moody and Jessica Willis .patient trys to explain their problems dealing with why they are coming but they wont listen to patient.will not give enough refills . doctors here are just not happy doctors .but I do love my doctor's I want them to careabout me 2. I have been going there a long time.like I say the staff is no good unhappy ppls and don't take care of me right at all.i leave there crying every time I go.i have severe OA very painful and they won't offer me help out.and no kind of painshot.my blood pressure is always up and they won't do nothing about it because they don't go behind their medical assistant and check it when u tell them u feel better if they check it again I left and went right on to fast pace clinic my blood pressure was 200/102 I was so dizzy I almost had a car wreck.this is so sad the way they treat me I will pray for them.

dr Willis. is familiar with my history and always takes time going over every detail. she reviews my records before she sees me so she can discuss my care from the year for my annual so she diesnt miss anything. she asked me about my feelings and health concerns and discussed how I could be at my best. she discussed diet exercise and how to function and decrease anxiety during these times we are living in.

These remarks are not meant to be mean spirited or judgmental, I understand that appointment times are basically a moving target if an appointment goes longer than the time allowed you are now behind and it's pretty difficult to catch up. I don't have any complaints with May Medical or Dr Willis they have always treated me with respect.

the nurse was fine. But showed little experience with children. tried to get her vitals on the finger device too long in my opinion pinching my daughters finger as she was crying at the top of her lungs

Dr Willis upon coming in the room did not address the issue in which we came in for and proceeded to tell me if I didn't vaccinate my children that should wouldn't be their provider. It felt like she didn't even want to see her at all that day and I had to ask her to just look at her. I tried to have a conversation about the vaccines but she was unwilling to educate me on her decision to mandate vaccines with studies and numbers of success rates. I did ask her if any other doctors at the clinic would take us unvaccinated and she told meno which I learned later was not true. Dr Willis has every right to refuse to be our doctor on account of vaccines however, we were unaware of her policy until we met her and had our appt. I feel like she should have given us fair care that day and then left me to decide if we find a new doctor or vaccinate. Instead, I paid a $150 copay for absolutely nothing.

There was a mix up and my appointment was not put on the computer. When I arrived for my appointment (which they had called ME to schedule it), they said I didn't have an appointment. I explained that they had called me to schedule it and that I had talked to them on the phone 3 different times about times about it, they still made me go home and come back 3 hours later to work me in. VERY INEFFICIENT!

the staff at registration lied to me about my appt being screwed up and blamed it on provider. they also told me provider was seeing me as a courtesy and technically it the visit could have been rescheduled due to the provider , however provider stated the did not put appt in correctly. also they said I was a no show for a previous appt which was incorrect. I beleive they were trying to make an excuse to blame me and punish me for a. appt I never missed .

The only bad thing that happened was the next day when I went to Covington Baptist Hospital for an ultra sound, they said I had to schedule an appointment. Someone told Tina that I could walk in. that was a wasted trip, gas and time. Not Tina or Dr Willis' fault though.

In this computer age, it seems unnecessary to have to fill in my name and DOB on several forms. Why not print forms as needed with all known data on them (i.e. list all of your meds).

Several people seemed rather stressed that day. The nurse had a sick child that had made her late. The guy in the lab seemed to be having a rough day. They were all pleasant enough, just stressed. The wait in the lab was the longest, but not unreasonable.
