About The Provider

Dr. To specializes in the treatment of cerebrovascular disease using endovascular and open neurosurgical techniques, as well as various spinal conditions using minimally invasive techniques resulting in improved post-operative pain control and reduced post op stay and earlier return to work. In addition to general neurosurgical procedures, he specializes in coil embolization of brain aneurysm, pipeline embolization/flow-diversion treatment of aneurysm, mechanical thrombectomies for stroke, carotid stent placement, AVM embolization, artificial cervical disc placement and balloon kyphoplasty. Microdiscectomy, laminectomy, lumbar fusion and sacroiliac fusion can be performed using a true minimally invasive technique with tubular retraction. As an osteopathic neurosurgeon, Dr. To practices a patient-centered approach to diseases and conditions and treating the patient as a whole person with consideration of the integration on mind, body and spirit.
